Serious Software products are tested extensively prior to release, and past experience with real customers over a number of years suggests that users encounter very few difficulties.

I recognise that problems can sometimes occur and potential customers need to be assured that assistance is available.  Serious Software operates an EMail support system.  If you encounter any problems installing or using our software, simply Email rob@serioussoftware.co.uk and I will respond to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.  I may sometimes ask for a backup copies of the databases or config files to be EMailed to me to assist in investigating particular problems.
